NAMCHI, : Mingma D. Lepcha, a dancer and choreographer from Namchi, received Ustaad Bismillah Khan Yuva Puraskar at a ceremony held in New Delhi. The event took place at Dr. Ambedkar International Centre and had prominent figures including Union Minister of Culture and Tourism Gajendra Singh Shekhawat.
