To
The Hon’ble Chief Minister of Sikkim
Respected Sir,
Firstly, we extend our gratitude for the opportunity provided to us to participate in the Chief Minister’s Internship Scheme. It has been an enriching experience, allowing us to nurture our skills and work experience. We gave our best possible services to the departments where we were posted. However, despite our selection being based on merit and our unwavering dedication over the past year, there seems to be a disconnect that has left us feeling somewhat sidelined. We believe this may be due to miscommunication or oversight.
Some of us had left our jobs and further studies fully committing ourselves to this Scheme. We had been trying to get an appointment since last July through various sources, but we failed, we are hopeful that a dialogue would clarify things and it’ll be fruitful to us. Hence, we humbly request an appointment with you to discuss and resolve these concerns at your earliest convenience. We would also like to emphasize that our intention is solely to contribute positively to the state’s development. Your guidance and leadership are crucial for us to align our efforts effectively.
Lastly, we express our gratitude for the regularization of Temporary and One Family One Job employees, a significant milestone ensuring job security for many. We applaud your visionary leadership and the impactful initiatives undertaken for the welfare of the state.
Thank you,
Yours Sincerely,
Interns Under CM-Internship Scheme
