GANGTOK,: Lok Sabha MP Indra Hang Subba has allocated Rs. 15 lakh from MPLADS
fund to assist in establishing an incubation cell at Advanced Technical
Training Centre (ATTC) Bardang.

announced plans to establish an incubation cell dedicated to supporting
