Expo, had an insightful and productive meeting with esteemed members of the
World Association of Chefs Societies and the Indian Federation of Culinary
Associations (IFCA). The discussions revolved around the promotion of India’s
indigenous food traditions and the vital role they play in shaping culinary excellence
